SAKURAI release agent MK-LT is semi-permanent and water based emulsion for inside tires demoulding.It is designed for butyl rubber bladder of tire vulcanization.When properly applied to the inside of the green tire, this formula provides excellent air bleed and lubrication between the mold and the green tire resulting in good tire uniformity and minimal trapped air defects.
1.It does not contain benzene and chloride solvents.
2.MK-LT is applied by automatic or hand held spray gun and brush.The chosen is dependent on an individual tire plant’s equipment and logistics.
3.Continuous effective operation after many times vulcanization and demoulding.The number of repeatable vulcanization depends on use efficiency, vulcanization time and temperature, structure of tire and bladder.

5.What is your suggestions for sample trial?
First, We suggest that everytime you use a small quantity of samples to test. Because the quantity of samples is limited, PLEASE do not use up all the samples for testing in one-time. so you can test samples for many times. If first time testing is not good, then we can have a second chance to adjust the testing process. Besides,you should adjust the accurate dilution ratio during practice according to specific process.
